- Sales Tactics: Work alongside the front desk team to develop and implement innovative sales tactics, conducting regular trainings to enhance their skills and maximize revenue.
- Efficient Management: Enter group bookings into the Property Management System (PMS) accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records for smooth operations.
- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming tour and sales inquiries promptly and professionally, providing tailored solutions to meet our guests' needs.
- Team Synergy: Liaise with off-site sales teams to align strategies and optimize revenue generation, fostering a collaborative environment geared towards maximizing profitability.
Qualifications:
